Delete your account
Last updated: September 12, 2026You can request deletion of your Loho Qalam account and associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
1. Delete from within the app
Open the Loho Qalam app and sign in, go to Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm when prompted.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email contact@lohoqalam.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and process it manually.
3. What data is deleted
A completed deletion request permanently removes your account (email address and name), your course enrolment and quiz/progress history, and your authentication credentials.
4. Retention period
Your data is fully and permanently deleted from our systems and backups within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
